Package: £24,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2)

Your role as a Recruiter

Become the "go-to" Tech recruiter within your specific market discipline
Develop new business with target clients in your market
Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best tech firms out there!
Travel across Europe to attend client meetings and conferences

What you need

Degree Educated or experience in an office environment
B2B sales experience would be ideal!
You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment
You must be able to demonstrate resilience
You must have a competitive edge that drives you to succeed
You must be money-motivated and be an ambitious individual that wants to progress quickly
