One of the UK’s leading Private Equity recruitment firms.
As of 2024, they have 90 heads across their offcies and have internaiotnal presence in Frankfurt and New York
4 days in the office and 1 day working from home but during the training they will probably need to be in 5 days.
When Consultants join they make a wish list of items they want up to £500 and every month the partners will decide who gets something off their wishlist based on performance and values.
Perm comms structure is up to 45%.
Average billings per consultant are £280K! Surround yourself with top performers!
Black and white progression plan and big growth plans so people can progress quickly! Options to relocate to Germany or the US for strong performers.
Quarterly trips away - this year have been on a Ski trip and are going to Lisbon in the summer.
Trainees with high potential are put on a 'Fast Track To Management’ program.
Top performer generates over £2 million a year!
