Are you skilled at relationship management and influencing your clients?

Our client, a fast growing and award-winning communications agency located in Bristol is looking for an experience Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to start as soon as possible due to winning some exciting new clients.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing various client relationships and projects at various stages
  • Preparing and demonstrating presentations to clients
  • Attending client briefings and providing results and findings
  • Providing feedback and solutions to clients on a regular basis, guiding and negotiating with clients to achieve results
  • Extensive client contact in person, on video calls and on the telephone
  • Project managing client journeys and keeping accurate administration
  • Managing relationships with a variety of affiliated partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A people person first and foremost who loves finding solutions and achieving success for clients.
  • High emotional intelligence and self awareness
  • Commercially aware and business minded
  • Experience within a communications agency as an Account or Client Manager is highly desirable, however candidates with experience of managing a variety of clients in other industries may be considered
  • Well organised and tenacious with ability to manage own workload
  • A confident communicator and presenter with excellent negotiating and influencing skills
  • Competency on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
