We are looking to hire an experienced, customer oriented person to compliment our small office team in Barrow Gurney, South Bristol. The responsibilities include receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer enquiries, cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible. Reporting to the Office Manager, ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
Able to work with minimum supervision you will also have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excellent organisational skills and a friendly professional telephone manner. If you are proactive, results driven and an energetic candidate who enjoys providing fantastic customer service, then this may be the perfect role for you.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
