We are now looking for an Ocean Export Co-Ordinator to join the friendly and dynamic team Joining a small team your role of Ocean Export Co-Ordinator will be to arrange the shipments of household goods overseas for private individuals. Dealing directly with members of the public so previous customers services experience is essential, and it is preferable that you have experience in export and deep-sea shipping / freight forwarding procedures.Duties will include路 Customer contact via e-mail and telephone路 Keying data into in-house operations system relating to customer orders路 Interacting with inhouse transport and warehouse team regarding collections and packing路 Producing purchase invoices using our in-house accounting system路 Producing invoices using our in-house accounting system路 Liaising with our shipping agents and producing Bill of Lading instructions路 Tracking shipments via shipping agents & carriers and keeping customers updated of progress路 Liaising with import agents regarding customs clearance and delivery路 Export Customs entries using HMRC CDS Customs systemExperience required 路 Experience in a shipping / logistics / freight forwarding environment路 Excellent communication skills路 IT skills, including use of Microsoft office applications路 Ability to work under pressure路 Organisational and time management skills路 Self-motivation路 Team work路 A proactive attitudePackage and Benefits路 Pay: 拢28,000.00-拢32,000.00 per year路 Company pension路 Plus Benefits
