We want to recruit an experienced International Field Service Engineer capable of programming Siemens and / or Allen Bradley PLC`s on packaging and filling machinery used in the food, pharmaceutical & chemical markets.
BASIC SALARY: up to 拢60,000 聽 BENEFITS:路 Overtime to earn circa 拢10,000 路 ALL travel expenses covered when abroad or in the UK 聽 LOCATION: Home based -聽This is a global role involving spending up to 60% of your time travelling and working abroad, usually one week trips in Europe and Worldwide.聽 COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Bristol, Milton Keynes, Peterborough 聽 JOB DESCRIPTION: Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - manufacturer, machinery 聽 An International & UK Service Engineer role involving repair, refurbishment, upgrades & modification of installed machinery and installation and commissioning of new machinery. 聽 Working on standard and bespoke packaging & filling machinery used in the food, pharmaceutical markets. 聽 The role involves travelling and working abroad up to 60% of the time, usually one week trips in Europe and Worldwide with the rest of your time spent working in the UK. 聽 Home based you will be required to be in the office once per week when not working abroad. 聽 Overtime paid door to door over 39 hours per week with very occasional weekend work. 聽 PERSON SPECIFICATION: Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - manufacturer, machinery 聽 路 You MUST have a proven track record as an international Field Service Engineer ideally with hands on experience of process or packaging machinery in the food, chemicals or pharmaceutical markets. 路 The company will consider an experienced UK service engineer looking to move into an international role or even an experienced food or pharmaceutical factory maintenance engineer wanting to get into a field service role with international travel. 路 You WILL be capable of programming Siemens and / or Allen Bradley PLC`s. 路 You WILL be a qualified Electrical / Electronic Engineer. 路 You WILL be able and willing to spend up to 60% of your time working abroad. 聽 THE COMPANY:聽 A well established market leading British manufacturer of packaging and filling machinery used in the food, chemical & pharmaceutical markets. 聽 Extremely well run and profitable and a genuinely nice place to work. 聽 I have worked with the company for over 10 years and everyone I have placed there in management, in sales or in engineering roles is still working there. 聽 INTERESTED?
