Housing Advisor

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with a valued Client to appoint a Housing Advisor. You'll be working 37 hours a week on a temporary contract working closely with Support workers to help clients move in to new homes and sustain their tenancies.

As a Housing Advisor you'll be:

• Setting up tenancies and tenancy management
• Following up on leads and progressing them
• Carrying out inspection visits
• Reporting and following up repairs
