About the Role:
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

Support the class teacher with daily routines, activities, and lesson delivery

Run small group interventions in reading, maths, and other subjects
-
Provide targeted support to pupils who need an extra boost in confidence or guidance
-
Encourage learning through discussion, visual resources, and practical activities
-
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff

What We’re Looking For:

Immediate or September availability

A calm, consistent, and proactive approach to support
-
Confidence supporting literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum subjects
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Previous school or youth-based experience is desirable but not essential
