Support Worker

Support Worker needed in Bristol -We are working with a mental health charity in the South West who provides support for individuals experiencing mental health or housing difficulties. Shifts to cover: Weekday Full time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Night shifts: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:45 PM to 9:15 AM Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Role Responsibilities: As a Support Worker, you will:Manage a caseload of complex clients, meeting with them individually at least weekly.Develop and facilitate groups and activities for clients.Create personalised support plans and work creatively with clients.Maintain detailed case notes.Assist clients in developing new skills and achieving independence.Help clients manage income and reduce debt.Respond to incidents and ensure accurate reporting.Promote safety and well-being for clients.Support the housing team in effectively managing the building.Champion hope and courage.If you are interested, please call me on
