- Work with a 5-week rota, covering a full-time 37-hour week, with shift patterns including daytime and weekend shifts.
- Contribute to the tenancy sustainment and support young individuals in transitioning to independent living.
- Experience in youth support and support planning.
- Ability to assess risks and needs, supporting young individuals in challenging situations.
- A passion for empowering young people and helping them develop essential life skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with young individuals.
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including weekends, to meet the needs of the young people.
- Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work or equivalent qualification.
- Valid DBS certificate.
- Relevant safeguarding and first aid certifications.
