Test Engineer

Your new companyHaysare working with a professional services organisation based in central Bristolto support them with the recruitment of 2x permanent Test Engineers. The rolesare offered on a hybrid basis and you could be predominantly home based, goinginto the office as and when required. The salary is up to £40,000pa and thereIs a fantastic benefits package on offer. Your new roleInthe role you'll join an agile delivery team and be responsible for a range oftesting (reliability, performance and quality) for the organisations technicalsolutions and services. You'll be responsible for both manual and automatedtesting working with various stakeholders in the IT directorate to providetechnical expertise when required. You will provide hands on testing acrossfunctional, nonfunctional and end-to-end testing. What you'll need to succeedTobe suitable for this role you will need to have worked in a similar testengineer / analyst position ideally in an agile delivery / development team.You will need to have varied experience across functional and non-functionaltesting as well as manual and automation testing. You'll need knowledge ofscripting languages such as C# for test automation and have exposure with arange of test automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress. Exposure with testmanagement tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps will be beneficial.
