If you answered yes to these questions, a brilliant opportunity is currently waiting for you to join a secondary school in Bristol, in a long-term Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant position. The role is full-time from 8:30am to 3:15pm Monday to Friday and offers an excellent chance to utilise passion and enthusiasm to support special needs students' in both 1 to 1 and small group environments, as well as gaining vital hands-on experience in the SEN field. �???

The perfect candidate will:

? Go above and beyond to ensure every child has the specialist care and individual support they need. �?

�? Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they tailor support to special individuals and respond effectively to a wide range of student behaviours. ??

??? Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with more complex students. Emotional intelligence is vital to SEN interactions. ??

?? Be calm, patient, and understanding; schools can be overwhelming environments especially when dealing with SEN, and it is vital to be able to take a deep breath and accurately gauge the support required; managing tempers and diffusing situations. �??

A candidate 'Must Have':

?? An Enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this!) ??????

�?�? Eligibility to work in the UK (No Sponsorships Provided) �?�?

?? Willingness or ability to work with SEN children ????????

?? Experience not required but preferred! ??
