We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nurses to join our team at Randstad to work Ad hoc shifts in Bristol. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide specialised care to newborns in a state-of-the-art neonatal unit, ensuring their well-being and supporting their families during this critical time.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the neonatal unit

- Monitor and assess vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans

- Educate and support parents on newborn care, feeding techniques, and developmental milestones

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for newborns

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in neonatal care practices

Requirements:

- Valid nursing licence and registration in the UK

- Proven experience as a Neonatal Nurse or in a similar role

- In-depth knowledge of neonatal medical practices and procedures

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
