Front of House Manager

Job Title: Front of House Manager
Location: Bristol - Weston, Mediterranean Restaurant
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per year
Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week, 5 days a week
1 shift: 3 PM to close
2 shifts: 10 AM - 3 PM and then 5 PM to close
2 shifts: 3 PM to close

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front of house operations
Manage and schedule staff
Train and motivate staff for exceptional service
Ensure welcoming customer experience
Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Collaborate with kitchen staff
Maintain clean dining area
Monitor inventory and uphold safety regulations
Conduct staff meetings and assist with marketing initiatives

Requirements:
Proven experience in similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine a plus
Proficiency with SevenRooms reservation platform
