The Role:

Location – South West England

As an On-Trade Account Manager at Budweiser Brewing Group, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing our portfolio's presence within the on-trade IFT market. You'll be the face of our iconic brands, nurturing existing relationships, and forging new ones. Your primary focus will be on increasing distribution points, volume, and overall growth in AB InBev share/sales within the National and Regional Wholesale account base.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with existing on-trade IFT customers to identify new opportunities and rate of sale activations, driving growth in distribution points and volume.

  • Develop promotional plans with customers to ensure AB InBev stands out across categories and outperforms the competition in key commercial metrics.

  • Act as the 'general manager' of your patch, taking ownership and effectively managing responsibilities to drive success.

  • Cultivate a strong network of external and internal relationships across various stakeholders, including Head Office contacts, Wholesaler Salesforce, WKAMs, and Technical Support.

  • Monitor and manage listing fees and commercial investments to safeguard and enhance the existing customer base.

  • Utilize data analytics to create reports, identify areas for improvement, and drive individual and team performance.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in FMCG account growth and development is preferred but not required

  • Passion for the beer and food industry, with preference given to hospitality industry experience.

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills across diverse demographics.

  • Ambitious mindset with a drive to make a positive impact and pursue personal development.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • UK Driving License is required for field-based role.
