We are seeking a Sous Chef to become an integral part of a multi-rosette kitchen, nestled within a picturesque boutique hotel in the Cotswolds. The Sous Chef will have the opportunity to work in a newly refurbished kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. There is an emphasis on using locally sourced, fresh ingredients—including produce harvested from their garden. The Sous Chef has the option of affordable private on-site accommodation, providing a retreat int he Cotswold. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to develop their career within a multi-Rosette service.
