We are seeking an experienced Food and beverage to join a dynamic team with our client in Broadway. Our client a 3 Star hotel in the heart of the village are on the lookout for a personable and organised individual to join their team!
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up tables for dining, ensuring cleanliness and proper table setting.
- Greet guests and assist them in finding seating arrangements.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take guests' orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including clearing tables and refreshing utensils.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any complaints or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
