Our client based in the Broadway area of the Cotswolds near Evesham is recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor for their busy 4* Hotel. You will already be working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or manager in a luxury hotel or restaurant and looking for the next step in your career.

The Role
- Working in all areas of food and beverage
- Developing the team and running breakfast service
- Assisting Bar as well as Restaurant team
- Good knowledge of Wine & Spirits
- Reporting to the General Manager
The Person -
- Already working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a busy 4* Hotel or restaurant
- Stable and progressive CV
- Hands on and motivated manager - lead by example
- A team leader and builder
- An equally good communicator with guests, fellow managers and your team.
