We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in a busy Cotswolds location. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining areas, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of quality in this thriving venue. This is a great role, offering live in and a salary of £30k.

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage activities within the hotel.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule staff to provide outstanding service to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, bar, and banquet facilities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of quality, presentation, and customer service.
