As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in our database.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service role.
