Empowering Learning is seeking passionate graduates in Psychology and Criminology to join our team in Bromley. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting young learners with social and emotional mental health needs.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to children aged 11-16 with special needs such as ADHD, SEMH, ASD, and complex needs.- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and the ability to set clear boundaries.- Utilize excellent behaviour management techniques.- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students through comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields.- Passion for working with young learners with social and emotional mental health needs.- Desirable: Experience in youth work, youth support work, or with young offenders.- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service is essential.
