As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to provide outstanding technical support to our clients. You'll engage with cutting-edge technology, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to our clients' business success.

Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers professionally, ensuring their issues are logged and they receive timely updates on progress.
* Manage customer expectations effectively.
* Monitor and resolve alerts for issues such as backups, disk space, and antivirus definitions.
* Occasionally visit customer sites across London and the Southeast.
* Address support issues assigned from Triage.
* Participate in Autopilot building of customer computers.
* Recognize the importance of keeping customers informed and Triage team updated on new processes and technologies.
* Escalate tickets when necessary.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* Full clean driving license (preferred but not essential).
* Proficiency in supporting the full Microsoft Office Suite (including Office 365, Microsoft Azure).
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure Autopilot, Modern Workplace, and Intune (Groups/User account creation).
* Ability to quickly learn new technology.
* Logical thinking skills.
* Strong troubleshooting abilities.
* Experience in supporting Windows, Macs, and basic knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
* Possession of current Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.
