Are you a passionate problem-solver with exceptional communication skills? Look no further! We are working in partnership with a global firm in seeking a Internal Sales Administrator to elevate their sales support strategy.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our customer operations. Your meticulous organization, proactive communication, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be invaluable. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales representatives, ensuring seamless processes, efficient order management, and exceptional customer experiences.

Location: BromsgroveSalary: £26,000 (Increased to £27,500 after 3-month probation)

Hours: Monday to Friday, full time – permanent (Office based)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactive and reactive sales and customer service calls.
  • Process customer purchase orders with high levels of attention to detail and liaison with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound email, calls and lead follow ups.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Answering customer questions.
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their specifications.
  • Explaining and upselling product functions and features (training will be provided).
  • Keep up to date with competitor product offerings.
  • Researching new leads.
  • Maintaining the company CRM to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Assist and follow up customer enquiries via omnichannel, including web chat
  • Attend and represent the company at exhibitions.

The ideal candidate:

  • Essential experience in a customer-service related environment.
  • Desirable experience in a sales environment.
  • Additional languages skills desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
