Join our clients dynamic, close-knit team as a Parts Advisor, where youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their daily processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys a mix of physical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and engineer parts efficiently using FedEx and UPS software.
  • Manage returns, logging them through their streamlined online portal.
  • Record all stock movements meticulously to maintain accurate inventory data.
  • Report any damaged goods, placing them in the Quarantine area for further action.
  • Pack and prepare goods for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks and vans, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Keep the yard and department clean, recycling all packaging materials where possible.
  • Assist with stock-taking activities and maintain stock control systems up to date.

What Youll Need:

  • A valid driving licence.
  • A positive, hardworking attitude with a great work ethic.
  • A methodical mindset, with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Confidence in following procedures and maintaining standards.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly for administrative tasks.
  • Physical fitness, as manual handling and heavy lifting are a regular part of the role.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
  • Bonus: A counterbalance forklift licence is a great plus but not essential.
