Position: Senior Quality Inspector
Location: Buckingham
Hours - Mon - Fri (Lunch time finish on a Friday)
Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Inspector to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Buckingham
Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to secure a Senior Quality Inspector to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.
Responsibilities:
- To support with Hands on quality inspection, administration, and maintenance of business processes to the expectations of the company and customers
- Run own quality meetings
- Own & report KPI's to the Senior Managers.
- Problem solving using a range of lean quality tools including DMAIC, 8D, 5Y, 7 wastes or similar
- To assist with the improvement of organisation's internal quality culture
- Non conforming reporting (NCR)
- QMS
- Manual and CMM inspection
- Read complex engineering drawings
Experience Requirements:
- Will have similar experience in a previous role.
- Experience in Automotive Industry is desirable but not essential.
