General Manager

Job Title: General Manager Holiday Park of Ladram Bay Holiday Park

Who are we: We are an multi award winning independent family owned and managed holiday park located in East Devon.

Role: We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team reporting directly into the Owners of the park, this role is crucial to the day to day operation of the park as well as the long term strategic planning.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, manage, motivate and develop in conjunction with the park leadership team to amaze our guests and owners,
• Deliver Park annual profit targets, preparing and managing budgets, identifying new profit opportunities and controlling costs
• Leading the existing leadership team to success, motivating and inspiring the team along the way.
• Ensure the Park standards meet with the expectations set out by our directors and owners.
• Compliance to all current legislation including health and safety, food safety and licensing laws
• Identify areas for future investment, to prepare capital costings and project mangae the investment
