Working with one of the UK’s leading Health and Social care providers we are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Registered Service Manager. The role involves utilising authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team ton ensure excellent quality of care.

Main Responsibilities as Service manager:

  • To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
  • To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CIW for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes guidelines.
  • To manage effectively the Service’s budgets and deliver the Key Performance Indicators set for the Service.
  • To develop a culture of continuous quality improvement, using the framework of clinical governance

The ideal candidates must be passionate about making a difference and must have experience of leading and motivating a team within the social care environment and hold a registration with CIW.
