JOB ROLE: Education Administrator
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm 22.5 hours per week
Please note this role is term time only.
SALARY: 14 per hour

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data accuracy and educational excellence? We are looking for an Administrator to join our client's dynamic team and play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality data and examination services.
DUTIES INCLUDE;
- Manage and analyse complex data sets, producing clear and user-friendly reports.
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Support the development and improvement of pupil data management systems.
- Organise and manage internal and external examinations, including invigilation and compliance with regulations.
- Handle confidential information and exam materials securely and professionally.
- Liaise with exam boards, staff, students, and parents to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor exam-related finances and identify opportunities for cost-efficiency.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes
- Keen eye for detail, punctual and organisee
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail
- Administration background
- Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Understand handling confidential information
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently
