My Client, who are a leading National Housebuilder, are looking for a Senior Site Manager in Burgess Hill for a 12 month contract starting ASAP.
The site is a large housing development consisting of both timber frame and traditional build houses and apartments and requires an experienced Senior Site Manager to run the site.
The Senior Site Manager will have 2 experienced Assistant Site Managers reporting in to them and the support of a visiting Contracts Manager.
The successful Candidate will have had at least 5 years in running large housing developments and a track record of taking a site form inception to completion.
Must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
