Our client is looking for a Sous Chef to join their current team.

About the role
- The role will involve supporting the Chef aswell as kitchen assistant duties
- To supervise the smooth running of the kitchen in the absence of the Chef Manager
- To prepare and cook food for presentation to the service users
- To assist the Chef Manager in the planning of menus to achieve and maintain budgeted food cost.
- To carry out stocktaking and food rotation procedures under the instruction of the Chef Manager
- To comply with statutory regulations concerning food hygiene, COSHH and Health and Safety at Work.
