Our client is one of the leading Engineering and Construction companies within the UK. You will be joining an evolving business unit working on a variety of projects throughout the UK predominantly in commercial developments. As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering the power and utility connections into these developments which includes High Voltage cabling up to 132kv and sub stations, along with the Civils and utilities works. HV cabling can be 2-3km along the highways/roads leading to the site. Project values from 250k - 3m so the PM will have a portfolio of projects to manage at one time.

We are looking to recruit a commercially astute Project Manager who will ensure the scope of works are delivered in a safe manner, on time, to the high-quality standards, meeting the acceptance criteria and achieving the expected financial outcomes.

As this business unit grows at a fast pace, they are looking for people who share the same values, are willing to grow and take more responsibilities, bring new ideas and use their own initiative to constantly improve their operations.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience working on ICP high voltage projects is preferable within the construction industry.
  • Experience in delivering Civil Engineering/Multi utilities schemes.
  • Planning / Programming of Projects to ensure they are carried out on time / within budget.

You will be working on a flexible hybrid basis from their local regional office, with travel to sites when required. On offer is an excellent overall package. Salary is 65,000 - 80,000 depending on experience and their package includes a company car or 7,500 car allowance and you would be eligible for a 10% bonus scheme. Other benefits include 27 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, and other selected benefits.
