Job Title: Associate Brand Manager Location:Burton upon Trent Type:Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) Hybrid Work: 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home Salary: £30,000 - £33,000Role Overview:As an Associate Brand Manager based in the UK, your role is to support the execution of marketing strategies for an assigned portfolio within the brand. You'll collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to achieve business objectives, manage brand lifecycles, and drive effective campaign implementation across various platforms.Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute agreed marketing strategies for brands, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Collaborate with UK departments and global product and clinical teams on new product development and lifecycle strategies.
  • Develop and implement campaign plans, measuring ROI and adhering to budgets.
  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and influence clinical evidence generation.
  • Analyse competitor activity and support tactical argumentation for sales teams.
  • Work with the Omni-Channel communications team for brand-related PR needs.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to benefit the Marketing function.

What you will need:

  • Marketing Acumen:Experience in marketing or commercial sales, preferably in healthcare, with a keen interest in a marketing career.
  • Communication Proficiency:Exceptional listening, presenting, and multi-channel communication skills.
  • Educational Background:Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences degree, or a professional marketing qualification.
  • Personal Attributes:Determined, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a curious and adaptable mindset.
  • Influence & Management:Strong persuasion and project management abilities, with a knack for planning and organisation.
  • Analytical Skills:Competence in data analysis and market research.
  • Flexibility:Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Driving Licence:Must possess a valid driving licence.
  • Work Eligibility:Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Employee Benefits & Remuneration Package:

  • Holidays: 5 weeks pro rata, plus statutory holidays.
