Your new role as our Chef de Partie:

• Cooking with the very best locally sourced ingredients
• Scratch cooking to a high standard
• Assisting the Head and Sous Chefs with the running of the kitchen
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
• Support creating dishes and ordering stock

What we ask of you:

• Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
• Must be organised and a good communicator
