路 Support the new HCM system (UKG) rollout
路 Maintain the new HCM (UKG) system to ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee data including joiners, changes to role, leavers, changes to personal information, holidays and absences.
路 Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, variation letters and other documentation.
路 Manage new starters and on-boarding including: right to work checks, collating new starter paperwork, first day arrangements/inductions.
路 Digitalize all new and existing people files and records.
路 Producing scheduled reports monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
路 Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
路 Supporting HR projects.
路 Other HR administration duties as and when required.
