Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + benefits

Our prestigious client, a leading corporation in Burton on Trent, is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join their team and drive financial excellence.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various departments to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic guidance, and support in decision-making processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid background in practice, coupled with robust IFRS / US GAAP / SOX knowledge, and at least 1 role in industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with C-Suite stakeholders across the company to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
• Conducting competitor analysis and business model evaluations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Managing project accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Utilising capital allowance strategies to optimise financial performance.

Requirements:

• Qualified in practice (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Ideally suited to a Top 10 Qualified 2nd time mover
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX and experience in applying it within an industry setting.
• Proven experience in business partnering and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
