Title: Payroll Manager Location: Burton-On-TrentSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 Are you a senior Payroller, with leadership experience, that’s looking for a chance to take charge of your own team? Have you worked with high volumes and multiple frequencies? Well, we are working with a rapidly growing business, that are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager, to lead on their busy payroll of over 1500 employees. Your Main Responsibilities: - Manage a team of payrollers through the full end to end processing for over 1500 employees.
- Processing of all statutory payments, pension’s payments, starters/ leavers and all RTI’s, P60’s and P45’s.
- Lead on projects to integrate all payrolls across the business.
- Be able to analyse data and offer proactive solutions to problems before they occur.
What You’ll Need: - Experienced with managing a team.
- Experienced with high volume payroll.
- Strong systems knowledge, with eye for improvements.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently.
