Are you passionate about making a difference in education? Are you a recent graduate or a teaching assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Cover Supervisor to join our team.

The Role

You will cover classes across the full range of secondary school subjects. The lesson will always be planned, and this will be provided in advance. It is your role as the Cover Supervisor to facilitate the classes learning, management classroom behaviour, and provide a handover to the absent teacher. Successful Cover Supervisors are adaptable, flexible, motivated, confident, and organised, they have a passion for education and supporting young people.

We work with a number of Secondary Schools across the Lincolnshire.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Have a willingness to learn.
• A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils.
• Be a natural leader and someone with confidence to lead a lesson in the absence of the class teacher.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
