SF Recruitment are currently working with a well established business in South Derbyshire to recruit for a Payroll Officer, on a full time permanent basis. This role is split between office and hybrid working, with two days from home. Being part of a team, you will support with multiple monthly payrolls. Reporting into a Payroll Manager: - Process all starters, leavers, and any contractual changes in regards to pay/promotions. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies related to payroll processing. - Effective sickness and statutory leave administration. - Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records and related information. - Accurately processing benefits administration. - Review and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. - Supervise and provide training to Payroll Administrators, ensuring their adherence to established procedures and standards. - Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related queries and issues. - Provide comprehensive guidance to managers and staff in relation to payroll queries, company policy and correct processes. - Administrate payroll and benefit email mailboxes. - Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
