Sellick Partnership Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a Public Sector client, for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join their team on a contracted basis.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Plumber include:
- Completing work on void and tenanted properties
- Completing minor adaptations
- Fitting Kitchens and bathroom suites
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety as well as safeguarding procedures
- Collecting and ordering van stock
Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Plumber:
- Ability to carry out secondary building maintenance skills such as joinery and plastering, alongside wider maintenance activities
- Understanding and appreciation of the needs of older, disabled, and vulnerable individuals and households
- Happy to undergo a DBS check
- UK Driver's license (preferably with no points)
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to customer focus and high-quality delivery service
