Empowering Learning are a market leading education recruitment company. We are working in partnership with a friendly, welcoming and well-respected Primary School in Burton to recruit for a Primary School Teacher.

We are recruiting for a Primary School Teacher to . This will be a full time position Monday - Friday There is a possibility that this role could become a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Job:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Use of a variety of teaching styles and approaches
  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
  • Organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding the welfare of all pupils
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work jointly with colleagues
  • An outstanding classroom teacher, or has the capacity to become one
  • Strategic thinker who tailors lessons to students needs and abilities

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Have QTS
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
