Sales Development Representative

Our client is a world leading designer and manufacturer of energy control valves, safety and monitoring products for engines, turbines and other rotating equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates, as they are searching for dynamic Sales Development Representatives to join their team!

Role:

  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of the company, their products and markets they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and opportunities for revenue growth
  • This role grants real autonomy and offers excellent scope for progression into more senior roles

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in a Engineering
  • At least 6 months sales experience
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
