We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef to work in our award winning client, paying upto 28k!!!. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced hotel environment for overnight guests. If you have a passion for food, enjoy working in a team, and have experience in a kitchen setting, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Assist with food production tasks as needed
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively as you will be alone at times

The hours for this role will be days only with early starts and will follow a 5 out of 7 shift pattern. Some flexibility is required.
