My client is a renowned leader in the field of Technology. They are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic team. With their commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions and services, they have experienced significant growth and are now looking to expand the Support team to meet the demands of their expanding client base.

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of their industry-leading products. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be vital in assisting Internal users and Clients in navigating and resolving technical issues.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support to Internal and external users
  • Working with the IT Team and support daily operations
  • Assist with projects and new roll outs of application and software's

Technical Experience

  • 2-5 years of successful IT experience (Technical/Service desk)
  • Experience working within a ticket based environment
  • Working experience with the Windows Operating systems
  • Exposure and experience with Windows Server
  • Office 365
  • Working to agreed SLAs

Desirable

  • Experience supporting bespoke applications/software
