- Advising clients on and drafting wills, powers of attorney and associated documents.
- Assisting clients on family asset succession and protection.
- Opportunity to grow amongst a supportive team.
You
- 7+ PQE solicitor or CILEX with Private Client experience.
- Proven experience in advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.
- STEP & CTA qualified or part-qualified, experience of COP and Probate administration experience would be advantageous.
