Role Overview:

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and promoting the company's brand. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will lead the sales and marketing strategy, working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement sales strategies in line with business goals, including budgeting and ROI analysis.

·Establish and monitor SMART KPIs to quantify success.

·Oversee the entire business opportunity lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement.

·Drive the marketing strategy, identifying new revenue streams and refining processes.

·Coordinate with internal departments to enhance product marketability and profitability.

·Communicate marketing and sales objectives effectively through meetings and reports.

·Manage external communications channels including PR, advertising, and social media.

·Identify and negotiate third-party opportunities to maximize sales and marketing impact.

·Nurture relationships with key accounts, anticipating needs and fostering growth.

·Mentor team members through training and performance evaluations.

·Uphold and promote the company's brand across all interactions.

·Continuously assess and improve working systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

·Ensure third-party performance meets company standards.

Requirements:

·Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.

·Strong commercial acumen and goal-oriented mindset.

·Ability to forecast sales growth and leverage data for decision-making.

·Proficient in project management with a focus on deliverables.

·Entrepreneurial spirit with integrity and accountability.

·Technical background or railway industry experience preferred.

·Valid UK driving license.
