Full Time, Permanent, Hybrid working, 9am-5.30pm - Fully office based for the first month and then 2 to 3 days in the office afterwards
Some travel required to attend events with Account Managers - you do not need to drive for this role

You would be joining an established team of 2 who are passionate about enhancing their offering to their members and delivering exceptional customer service.
There will be some travel to events to support the account managers, so you need to be comfortable with meeting members face to face as well as liaising with them on the phone and email.
Some daily duties will involve:
- Supporting Members with requests ensuring efficient and compliant reporting and logging.
- Liaising with external parties to understand member needs and then work with the Operations team to implement and support.
- Communicate with members to give updates on legislation and the business offerings.
- Maintain and update the company CRM system with all relevant Member interaction including, queries and service issues.
- Providing full administrative support to the account management team.
- Attend and coordinate actions from Member Team Meetings.
- Work across the business functions including Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth flow of member data for reporting and invoicing.
