Food Technology Teacher - Bury - September start Prospero Teaching is looking for a qualified Food Technology Teacher to join a 'good' secondary school in Bury on a full time basis from September until February 2025. This position is open to ECTs or experienced teachers. It is essential that you have experience teaching Food Technology in a UK school. You will be required to deliver excellent and engaging lessons to KS3 & KS4 pupils. KS3 & KS4 September start Temporary Full time Minimum daily rate GBP153 Hours 8:15am 4pm, plus parents evenings & departmental meetings ___________________________________________________________________________ Food Technology Teacher Experience, Training and Qualification: QTS or equivalent PGCE / SCITT / TEACH FIRST Experience teaching Food Technology in a UK school Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however training provided by Prospero) Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training is provided by Prospero)FGM training (essential, however training can be provided) Hold an enhanced DBS that is on the update service, or, be willing to obtain a new DBS.
