As the Registered Manager for the Children's Home, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential childrens home.
- Ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of the children and young people residing in the home.
- Leading and managing a team of staff to provide a high-quality service to children and young people.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the home meets or exceeds OFSTEDs requirements.
- Planning and managing the homes budget and resources effectively.
- Participating in on-call duties on a rota basis.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
As the Registered Manager for the Children's Home, you will receive:

- Experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours/EBD.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent knowledge of current legislation, including The Childrens Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, the Childrens Act 1989, Children Act 2004, and other relevant legislation related to residential childrens homes.
- Good knowledge of ClearCare or Mentor (Software for Childrens Home).
