Ideal Recruit have an exciting opportunity for reliable Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy client based in Bury.
Main Responsibilities
To process work orders through 3rd parties and outside suppliers ensuring timely supplier in line with production /customer needs.
Support with materials ordering and producing reports as required.
Chasing and liaising with suppliers regarding late delivery’s ensuring down time is kept to a minimum.
To generate weekly reports regarding GRN, late Delivery’s, Production scorecard and nil stock report.
Daily discussion with the Buying department to ensure the plan is met and priorities highlighted.
Daily and weekly analysis of order shortages.
Timely communication to Demand planning ensuring shortages are communicated accordingly.
Key Qualities Required
Strong computer literacy is essential, particularly across Excel and Outlook.
Strong Maths competency
The ability to retain and recall large amounts of data.
Must be organised, analytical, methodical and able to demonstrate consistent attention to detail.
Requires good problem solving and communication skills.
- Counting stock and updating the system
- Using Microsoft Office
- Other warehouse task given

Rate of Pay £12.50/h
