ADT Operator Required - Buxton
Quarry Operation - 9 Weeks Work

We are currently recruiting for an experienced ADT Operator for a quarry site in Buxton. This is a full-time, short-term contract with excellent hours and consistent work for the full duration of the project.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 18:00 (12-hour shifts)

  • Rate of Pay: 18.50 per hour (CIS)



Role Overview:

  • Operating an Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) on a busy quarry site

  • Transporting aggregates and materials across site in line with production requirements

  • Conducting daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance of the machine

  • Ensuring safe operation at all times in accordance with quarry site rules and health and safety protocols

  • Working in coordination with site supervisors and other plant operatives



Essential Requirements:

  • Valid ADT operator ticket (CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo)

  • Previous experience operating ADTs in quarry or heavy civils environments

  • Strong awareness of health and safety procedures

  • Reliability and ability to commit to the full 9-week contract

  • Own transport to and from site (due to early starts and rural location)

This is a great opportunity to secure well-paid, full-time work on a structured and professionally run quarry site. All work is paid for the full 12-hour day.
